“Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand…the voice of one crying in the wilderness; Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.”

This verse has been something that has been on my heart lately. We need to have a passion in our hearts like John the Baptist did. Our� hearts need to be crying out ‘Repent…The� kingdom of heaven is at hand…prepare the� way of the Lord!’

There are so many hurting people in this world. Everyone with a different reason for their heaviness of heart. So many people who need the Joy of the Lord to be their strength.

COI, be encouraged! God is giving you eyes like His, and hearts full of compassion to see His people and be His hands and feet where He has placed you. My prayer is that we will press on, continuing to prepare the way for the Lord, making His paths straight. My cry out to God’s people is to pray for His eyes to see this world and to answer His call to go� and make disciples of all� nations.

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few, join with me in praying to the Lord of the harvest to send more laborers into His fields. For when we call to Him, He will answer and show us great and� mighty� things we have not known(Jer.33:3).

May God be glorified in and through COI, and may others know Him in a deep, intimate way because of how He is working through us and among us.
